Sorrentino's Compassion House: Complete!
With a lot of creativity, hard work, and big hearts, the Sorrentino’s Compassion House addition is now complete. What a fantastic experience! We are so grateful to have played a part in this amazing home away from home.
The process was similar to that of our day to day clients – with the exception that there could be anywhere from 1 to 20+ people cooking in this space at any given time. How to solve the problem? Multiple cooking and prep stations, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, ample pantry storage, and an abundance of counter space. In addition to the kitchen we also designed a coffee bar and lockers for the guests to house their jackets and day to day items. We used soft close drawers and doors throughout for ease of use. All surfaces were specified with longevity and durability in mind. It turned out great!
Having been a part of the original Sorrentino’s Compassion House it was important for us to continue our support as they continue to support woman (and men) throughout their diagnosis, treatment and recovery from Breast Cancer. It is safe to say that the whole project was a huge success!
Here are a few snapshots of the finished kitchen…

We are proud to have a continuing commitment to the community by being involved in the latest expansion Sorrentino’s Compassion House!
